macOS machine setup

These instructions explain how to use my macos-machine repository to configure a local development machine running macOS.

Supported environments

I'm currently using macOS Mojave and not testing these with older macOS versions.

Tests for the setup script and the Ansible playbooks are running on Travis CI against High Sierra and Mojave.
